Associate Director, Physician Services

The Associate Director, Physician Services (AD) is accountable for maximizing the clinical, operating, and financial performance of Tandigm’s valued primary care physician network.  The Associate Director (AD) will be assigned a geographic region within the five county Philadelphia area and hold accountability for the performance management, customer service, and training for all of the Tandigm Health private practices in that region.  The AD will need to accommodate client availability for regular meetings with a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday and can expect to spend an average of 20-30 hours “on the road” each week visiting practices.  Every candidate must have a valid U.S. State Driver’s License and personal vehicle for their own use.
