Associate Director, Population Health Services

Tandigm Health’s Population Health Services Organization (PHSO) Team is looking for a talented Associate Director – based in the Philadelphia 5-county area – to help our network of primary care practices, and their patients, fully realize the benefits of value-based care!  Looking for a role which lets you end each workday knowing you had a hand in bringing improved healthcare to our region?  If you are, the answer could be the PHSO Associate Director at Tandigm Health!

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 7-10 years progressive experience in a healthcare-related organization, required
  • Primary Care Practice operations experience, or practical, in-depth knowledge of practice operations, required
  • Strong clinical and/or financial acumen, preferred
  • Previous experience in management consulting is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma belt(s) or experience applying Lean principles is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, preferred.  Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA) is a plus

Licenses/Certifications

  • Valid U.S. State Driver’s License as well as proof of liability and property damage insurance on any vehicle used for business purposes are required
  • Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) credential, or equivalent, a plus
  • Other healthcare-related professional certifications a plus
  • Business-related professional certifications a plus
