Tandigm Health is looking for a Customer Success Manager in the greater Philadelphia area, to help support our mission of positive disruption in healthcare! Tandigm’s leader of customer success is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities for the PCP customers’ experience and influencing the product enhancement strategy. The Customer Success Manager will collect customer data to understand the customer experience and drive better outcomes through product enhancements and will aid in product design. You will hold product demonstrations for customers and will participate in training and communication strategies. In addition, you will cultivate a deep understanding of customer-facing tools and technology to support product design and will collaborate with product teams to create proactive enhancements.
