Essential Functions
- Demonstrate Tandigm’s commitment to superior customer service with internal and external customers by working closely with them to understand their capabilities and needs.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to validate project goals and timelines.
- Work with third party vendors and consultants to stay updated on project status.
- Monitor the status of the implementations (scope, schedule, and cost).
- Develop and manage project plans, implementation documentation, action plans, and meeting deliverables.
- Take full responsibility and accountability for managing implementation projects from initiation to seamless transition into operational service.
- Recognize, document and integrate in the solution planning any gaps that would require specific platform development to meet business requirements.
- Define success criteria, establish and manage reasonable expectations, internally and externally.
- Organize resources required and establish milestones and timeframes internally and with external parties.
- Coordinate internal and external efforts to complete all planned tasks and resolve all unplanned issues. Escalate and mitigate risks and manage financial constraints.
- Partner across teams and departments to support implementation activities and help drive adoption and enable network success.
- Master configuration and administrative tools in the platform.
- Maintain knowledge of all product functionality and new releases.
- Communicate and collaborate with numerous internal departments and external parties throughout the implementation process.
- Train internal users, physicians, providers, and office staff on Tandigm’s processes and technologies as needed.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience with practice management or EHR implementation and training.
- Technical project management in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospital or physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools.
