We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Lead Scrum Master to join our dynamic IT Team at Tandigm Health. As Lead Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the coordination and collaboration between multiple Scrum teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of complex projects. You will play a pivotal role in leading the agile transformation, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with business objectives. You have 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and are an expert at identifying and addressing project risks, working closely with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans as needed to ensure timely resolution. You are skilled at tracking and reporting on the progress of your teams, adhering to sprint schedules, delivery commitments, and quality standards. You are a coach and mentor on Agile principles, providing guidance and encouraging self-organization, collaboration, and accountability within and across Scrum teams.
