Medical Cost Implementation Manager

Presently we’re looking for a Medical Cost Council Implementation Manager based out of our West Conshohocken, PA office (remote until further notice).  You must be within a commutable distance to our West Conshohocken, PA office.


The Implementation Manager reports to Senior Director, Medical Cost Council and supports Tandigm Health’s portfolio of opportunities aimed at reducing medical costs as part of delivering high value healthcare. The Implementation manager leads the cross-functional team to establish objectives, scope and success criteria of inventions to be implemented to deliver sustained reduced medical costs.

Essential Functions

  • Design end to end interventions process
  • Ensures interventions objectives and milestones are met
  • Drive accountability within team to deliver and execute on successful implementation
  • Navigate through complex business processes requiring strong organizational awareness
  • Manage senior stakeholders across multiple functions using leadership, communication and influencing skills
  • Build culture of change management and continuous improvement


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience


  • 3-5 years leading cross-functional teams
  • 3-5 years in healthcare operations, managed care preferred

Essential Technical/Motor Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detailed and proactive; responds to requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborative and resourceful; functions successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare industry, including Medicare and managed care.
  • Must embrace and exemplify the core vision and values of Tandigm Health.
  • Ability to travel to sites within the region as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as MS Project and Access.
  • Proficient in Visio.
