Our Network Solutions Specialist supports the Network Solutions’ Associate Directors, Leads, and Director. As part of a dynamic team responsible for maximizing the clinical, operating, and financial performance of Tandigm’s valued primary care physician network, you will troubleshoot practice questions and assist with developing and preparing presentations and reports for practices. You will engage with practices regularly via telephone/video conferencing as well as email and may be asked to attend practice meetings. This assistance and partnership will extend to providing appropriate support to the practices when the Director and Leads are out of office. You will also be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of internal segment meetings.
Our Network Solutions Specialist is a collaborator, effectively working with the team, the practices, and other Tandigm departments to provide outstanding customer service. You are a resourceful and organized professional and will bring your communications expertise and demonstrated problem-solving skills to the role. You are skilled with Microsoft Office applications, and have extensive experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. This role requires a valid U.S. State Driver’s License as well as proof of liability and property damage insurance on any vehicle used for business purposes.
