Network Transformation Specialist

Tandigm Health is looking for a Network Transformation Specialist in the greater Philadelphia area, to help support our mission of positive disruption in healthcare!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Senior Director, Network Transformation Specialist, this position is responsible for leading various efforts to support the ongoing success of Tandigm’s Specialty Alliance.  These responsibilities include but are not limited to: Specialty Alliance meeting management (e.g., scheduling internal & external meetings, developing agendas & presentations, documenting minutes) and supporting team and interdepartmental aligned projects as related to the Specialty Alliances. 

Essential Functions

  • Supports Physician Leadership Committees (PLCs) and Administrator-meetings of the Specialty Alliance via scheduling, drafting agendas and minutes, crafting presentations, and tracking follow-up tasks in a routine and timely manner. Communicates, as appropriate, to PLC members and stakeholders to complete these tasks.
  • Supports the Senior Director, Clinical Network Transformation on a variety of projects, including providing formal presentations to stakeholder groups, as needed
  • Provides sophisticated calendar management. Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements and teams’ preparedness for upcoming meetings
  • Supports the development of customized relationship management documents between PCPs and Specialty Alliance partners in partnership with teammates
  • Supports Network Transformation Lead(s) on a variety of projects
  • Organizes all tracking and payment mechanisms required for Specialty Alliance partners and programs
  • Develops draft templates and language for review by Senior Director for various programmatic communications to the network 
  • Communicates effectively through multiple channels with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintains all databases and contact information including Salesforce updates for Specialty Alliance partners and beyond
  • Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Tandigm’s commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care, and concern with every internal and external customer.
  • Uses, protects, and discloses Tandigm patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Master’s Degree a plus
Years of experience may substitute degree requirement


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience 
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Clinical acumen a plus
  • Financial acumen a plus 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and project management software a plus. 
  • Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
