Patient and Provider Experien Intern – Population Health Services

We empower our physicians by building community-oriented care delivery systems that facilitate collaboration across the continuum of care.   We are seeking a Patient and Provider Experience Intern, based out of our West Conshohocken, PA office, to learn how to make healthcare better.

The Patient and Provider Experience Intern is responsible for creating a content library of video footage derived from interviews conducted by Tandigm with a dozen primary care practices. This will involve cutting and editing video footage and creating a “reference library” with these materials. These will be used internally and externally for training and communication purposes.

To be successful in this role, you will become involved with:

  • Editing video content to create individual “clips”
  • Working with Patient Experience Director, determining key themes to categorize content
  • “Tagging” video content so that it can be organized by practice and by topic
  • Creating a reference library of materials
  • Working with Experience Director and Director of Marketing and Communications on opportunities to share content with the Tandigm network (webinars, practice meetings, social media, etc.
  • Utilizes applicable software to track and document activities.
  • Uses, protects, and discloses patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
  • Performs additional duties, as assigned.


Minimum: Present enrollment towards a Bachelor’s Degree-related program; with

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities


  • Proficient in working with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, ect.) and video publishing platforms
  • Microsoft office
  • Organized, detailed, accurate.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous and proactive; responds to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
