Performance Programs Manager

SUMMARY: 

Under the leadership of the Senior Director, Provider Performance Programs, this position is responsible for ongoing operations and program management for Network Provider Performance Programs. This includes operations for all multi-payor primary care, specialist, or other provider partner incentive programs. 

Essential Functions

Incentive Programs
  • Support the Senior Director in the Development and implementation, and oversight of all network incentive programs, with our Commercial and Government payors. This includes close collaboration with internal teams including Population Health Services, HVN, Quality, Accurate Coding and Documentation, Finance/Analytics, IS&T and other internal Tandigm teammates.
  • Support the documentation of all modeling and metric development activities as well as data and analytics that support the incentive program
  • Ensure that all deliverables are completed, on time, including progress reports. This includes developing and enforcing incentive schedules, ensuring all key stakeholders meet incentive milestones and deadlines necessary to produce timely incentive reports and payments to the network. 
  • Develop program materials for training and education purposes.
  • Support the clinical team for measure development, monitoring and review.
  • Responsible for the annual provider manual completion, including required review processes.

Operational Management

  • Work with Tandigm teams to ensure all systems that support, and feed incentive data, logic, calculation, and reporting are in place and operational.  This may include support or ownership for development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Responsible to ensure all Incentive processes are documented, appropriate policies developed, and associated incentive impacts from program changes are captured in documentation.
  • Guide the various operational elements including incentive milestones, deadlines, program updates. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve operational issues as related to the Incentive programs.
  • Support physician education and engagement programs.
  • Primary contact for education and oversight on the use of enablement technologies and tools, as it pertains to incentive program measures.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.

Experience

  • Minimum 7-10 years progressive experience in a health-care related organization is required
  • Experience with value-based provider incentive programs preferred
  • Previous program management experience a plus
  •  Demonstrated ability to handle complex programs independently
