How you can make a difference in this role, every day:

  • You’ll provide excellent support to Tandigm Health’s clinical pharmacists in optimizing healthcare plans to improve outcomes for our patients.
  • As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll interact with patients and work alongside pharmacists, clinical coordinators, and clinicians as part of a highly coordinated team of healthcare professionals.
  • You’ll exercise strong organizational and time management skills in preparing crucial reports and coordinating important communications/mailings across our network.

Requirements

Because relationship-building is central to this role, our Pharmacy Technicians must live within a commutable distance of our headquarters in West Conshohocken, PA, and be able to visit assigned sites across the five counties* when needed.

Education, Licenses, & Certifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D., required
  • Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), required
  • Valid U.S. State Driver’s License as well as proof of liability and property damage insurance on any vehicle used for business purposes, required

Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Prior experience working in a Medication Therapy Management call center environment and/or with a geriatric population in a healthcare environment, preferred
