Physician Practice Growth Account Representative

Reporting to the Director, Practice Growth and Strategy, the Practice Growth Account Representative is responsible for building community partners for referrals to Tandigm Health’s practices and assist in meeting the membership goals of the department.

Essential Functions

  • Cultivate strategic external relationships including practices, key local community partners and senior-focused businesses;
  • Design and manage sales/educational events to generate patient growth within Tandigm practices;
  • Track and monitor all activity and progress of local partners;
  • Effectively communicate Tandigm Value Proposition at all community events;
  • Promote Tandigm products and events with key staff at Tandigm practices;
  • Utilize Sales tools to effectively communicate within Tandigm organization to support patient growth;
  • Assist the Director of Strategy and Practice growth to create plans in key target markets;
  • Work within the five counties of Philadelphia (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Philadelphia, and Chester counties) driving productive relationships;
  • Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards;

Education & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or business and/or related fields preferred; and
  • Health Insurance License preferred, and required to pass exam within 6 months of date of hire;
  • Personal automobile and Valid Driver’s license required and ability to travel within the five county region as needed;

Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Sales-related field;
  • Proficient working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher;
  • Goal-oriented, responsive to physicians, practice staff, independent agents and colleagues;
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite; and
  • Proficient in Medicare and Health Insurance Industry
