We are expanding our Provider Network Incentives team and are looking for a responsive and customer-service oriented Senior Performance Analyst to add to our team! In this role, you will use your strong analytical skills to identify trends and variances, develop models for planning/forecasting, and draw on your top-notch presentation skills to communicate this information to the team. You are a seasoned professional with a background in financial planning that will guide you as you perform analysis of the Tandigm Incentive Program performance results and identify performance program KPIs. You will also be responsible for supporting research, analysis, and modeling program designs for the Tandigm Network Provider Performance Programs, which includes all multi-payor primary care, specialist, or other provider partner incentive programs. This position reports to the Manager, Provider Performance Programs.
