At Tandigm Health, our teammates are our most important resource.  To help maintain this valuable resource, we are looking for a Talent Discovery Specialist who will report to the Director, Talent Experience and be responsible for full-cycle recruitment including research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified, exceptional talent for the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Tandigm Health’s commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care, and concern with every internal and external customer.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality, “culture-add” talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of Tandigm’s hiring needs for each position to meet role expectations and competitive hiring goals.
  • Develop, strategize, release, and manage job postings and announcements on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and company intranet.
  • Screen resumes and prospects; qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the talent acquisition process, including prepping them for interviews, keeping them informed during the process, and assisting with final offer negotiations.
  • Follow up on candidate status, update records in our internal applicant tracking system, and report regularly on the status of all active job openings and talent pipeline.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruitment and networking strategies to find candidates for roles that are particularly hard to fill.
  • Establish a talent pipeline by fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent for current and future roles.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices as an ‘Employer of Choice’
  • In collaboration with Director, Talent Experience, provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff.
  • Continuously partner with Talent Management team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies and a unique employer brand for Tandigm
  • Participate in job fairs as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Valid U.S. State Driver’s License as well as proof of liability and property damage insurance on any vehicle used for business purposes.

Experience

Minimum

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Experience building a diverse talent pipeline and increasing overall talent pool diversity, highly preferred
  • Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand’s applicant tracking system or similar, a plus

Requirements

  • Must have a passion for recruitment best practices well-suited to a culture of Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Customer-service oriented; responsive and respectful to colleagues, clients, patients, and providers.
  • Ability and availability to travel independently to sites within the five county Philadelphia region, on a flexible schedule, as required.
