Now entering its third full year of business, Tandigm was the only employer honored in the Small Companies category that has been in business for fewer than five years.
The Philly.com Top Workplace selections are determined by analyzing the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. More than 39,000 employees from 182 organizations completed anonymous questionnaires exploring a number of organizational health factors that measure how well employees are working together toward a common cause. The survey also assessed employee satisfaction measures such as engagement, organizational leadership, culture, compensation, and benefits.
