Tandigm Health, a value-based healthcare company supporting primary care physicians in the Philadelphia area, is excited to announce that, after only its first full year in business, it has been selected as one of Philly.com’s Top Workplaces.
The Team at Tandigm Health works with Primary Care Physicians by providing them with resources and support that allow them to focus on the patient to ensure that they get the quality, affordable care that they need. The goal at Tandigm Health is to ensure that patients receive the right care, in the right place, and at the right time so that they get healthy and stay healthy.
Over 2,261 companies with more than 50 employees were invited to participate in the Top Workplace evaluation by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Employees of the 172 companies electing to participate, completed an anonymous questionnaire on employee engagement, valuing employee contributions, leadership, training and development, corporate values, as well as pay and benefits. Philly.com and WorkplaceDynamics evaluated the survey results and awarded the companies with the highest marks. Tandigm Health was the only small employer making the list that has been in business for fewer than five years.
