This position is responsible for the overall configuration and operation of the existing implementation and continued operations, as well as the continuous improvement of the Salesforce tools for all user groups such as Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams. The Salesforce Developer will independently perform data modeling, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation relating to the Salesforce system.
Under the leadership of the SVP, High Value Networks, this position is responsible for development, oversight, and ongoing operations for Network Provider Performance Programs. This includes development, implementation and oversight of all multi-payor primary care, specialist, or other provider partner incentive programs.
The Vice President of Clinical Network Transformation, in collaboration with the SVP, High Value Networks will support the development and implementation of strategies that drive physician and network alignment with value based programs, particularly focused on our evolving specialist network.
