The Tandigm Health HVN Data Analyst supports the operational needs of the High Value Networks (HVN) department through engagement with stakeholders from across the company to build information assets and help answer critical business questions in support of those needs. The Analyst will utilize clinical claims and other administrative data sets to discover patterns, test assumptions, and uncover new opportunities in promotion of high value care.
The Director of Core Systems Management plays a critical role in evolving the company’s solutions and technical assets to support the organization’s operational needs. The candidate will lead a team of analysts who work closely with the business areas to understand business enhancements to the existing core systems. As the liaison between the Business Team and the Development & Operations Team, the Core Systems Management Team, gathers and develops technical requirements and creates technical design specifications to deliver the business need.

This role will support Tandigm's strategic needs by applying advanced analytics to solutions for diverse business challenges, positively impacting the healthcare of patients across the region.
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will lead a variety of projects with stakeholders from across the company to develop and enhance the solutions which support their operational needs. The candidate will work closely with the business areas to collect requirements and translate those requirements into technical documentation for the development team. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in Tandigm’s development processes.
