Responsible for serving as a key resource for medical coding matters. Performs reviews and audits and codes medical records to ensure the appropriate diagnostic codes and modifiers are used per Generally Accepted Medical Coding Guidelines, ICD-10 Guidelines and the CMS National Correct Coding Initiative. Participates in the implementation of the organization’s Coding Proficiency program. Interfaces and disseminates audit results to clinicians and management and provides guidance to practices on improving medical coding accuracy.
The Clinical Quality Nurse will initiate, actively manage, and execute initiatives aimed at driving performance in Tandigm’s quality on HEDIS and Stars quality metrics. These initiatives may be both internal at Tandigm or external involving our PCP and Specialist network.
In the Administrative Coordinator - Network Transformation role, you will report to the VP, Physician Network Transformation and will provide support to the Strategy and Business Development Team providing administrative functions essential to the mission of the organization and day to day operations of the department.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing enterprise-wide projects. This role drives projects that deliver capabilities in support of Tandigm’s Clinical Networks, Clinical, Informatics, Finance, and Accurate Coding and Education (ACE) business units. As a fast growing company, the Project Manager plays a critical role at Tandigm by ensuring capabilities tied to overall key performance indicators are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
Tandigm is building up its use of agile development processes and the development team is transitioning to self-organizing teams focused on end-user collaboration and rapid delivery. The Scrum Master will provide the coaching and mentorship across the organization to drive this adoption and will guide the teams to help facilitate the cultural changes required to ensure success.
The Tandigm Health Skilled Nursing Facility Physician (SNFist) is a licensed physician in the state of Pennsylvania who specializes in providing clinical care for inpatients in a skilled nursing facility. The SNFist will be responsible for managing the care of our Tandigm patients while in the nursing care facility.
The Vice President of Clinical Network Transformation, in collaboration with the Sr. Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, will support the development and implementation of strategies that drive physician and network alignment with value-based programs. This innovative leader will cultivate relationships with clinical leaders across all transformation programs to drive collaboration, alignment and results.
