The Production Support Engineer (DevOps Engineer) will assist the Development & Operations Manager in
leading the production support responsibilities. They will ensure that all production processes run as expected and will provide first level support to address issues when they occur.
Reporting to the Senior Analytics Business Partner on the Finance & Analytics Team, the Analytics Business Partner provides business partnership support to stakeholders from across the company, helping them answer critical business questions, drive change, and bring initiatives together. The Analytics Business Partner must function as a liaison between key stakeholders and the Information Systems and Technologies team to develop insights and actions in the short-term, and develop information strategies in the long term.
The Experience Director has two main functions – to improve the patient experience and the healthcare provider experience. The Experience Director will be responsible for the development of the annual ‘Experience Operating Plan’ which shall seek continual improvement in both domains. The role will be responsible for leading, executing, implementing, analyzing, reporting, and evaluating patient and provider experience improvement initiatives within the Tandigm Network.
The Insights Data Scientist is a key position reporting to the Sr. Director of Analytics Strategic Programs. The role is highly visible to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team. The Data Scientist is responsible for managing the technical related aspects of population health analytics to support the strategic needs of the company through the application of advanced analytics to diverse business questions and initiatives.
The Implementation Manager reports to Senior Director, Medical Cost Council and supports Tandigm Health’s portfolio of opportunities aimed at reducing medical costs as part of delivering high value healthcare. The Implementation manager leads the cross-functional team to establish objectives, scope and success criteria of inventions to be implemented to deliver sustained reduced medical costs.
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will lead a variety of projects with stakeholders from across the company to develop and enhance the solutions which support their operational needs. The candidate will work closely with the business areas to collect requirements and translate those requirements into technical documentation for the development team. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in Tandigm’s development processes. The candidate must have excellent communications skills to engage with all levels of the business to understand their needs and solicit their requirements.
