The Production Support Engineer (DevOps Engineer) will assist the Development & Operations Manager in
leading the production support responsibilities. They will ensure that all production processes run as expected and will provide first level support to address issues when they occur.

Presently we're looking for a Nurse Care Manager based out of our West Conshohocken, PA office. The primary responsibility of the Nurse Care Manager is to design and oversee the delivery of care plans for each patient in their panel.
The Temporary Program Coordinator will assist Tandigm’s Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) Programs with ongoing operational and administrative program support. This role will support the Accurate Coding & Education (ACE) team with day-to-day operations related to programs designed to engage, enable, and empower Tandigm’s network of primary care physicians to meet accurate coding and documentation and patient quality of care goals.
The Temporary Practice Consultant will be accountable for working with Tandigm’s network practices on a consultative basis to identify and implement strategies to improve Accurate Coding and Documentation and drive enhanced performed with the CMS Stars program. The Practice Consultant will work closely, on-site, with practice personnel to aid in the implementation of improved processes and workflows.
The Quality Clinical Coordinators (QCC - 2 Openings) are responsible for patient and practice outreach pertaining to medication adherence and other preventative care screenings and tests. This includes coordinating and communicating with practice staff; researching patient demographic and clinical data, making outreach calls to patients, assisting with patient scheduling and other administrative tasks, and documenting outcomes. Assignment length is until the end of December for one position, and mid January for the other role.
