The Business Intelligence Developer works with stakeholders from across the company to help create dashboards and reports that answer critical business questions. This position develops complex reporting solutions with an emphasis on promoting self-service reporting functionality.
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the senior management team to lead the creation of organizational priorities, track progress against them, and hold the organization accountable for achieving the intended results. Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for Tandigm’s Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors.
The Director, Contracting is responsible for negotiating, analyzing, preparing and revising contracts to which Tandigm is a party. This includes contracts where Tandigm is the service provider, contracts related to partnerships/JVs, as well as those where Tandigm is the purchaser.
The Tandigm Health Medical Director, Population Health Services is accountable for Tandigm service and quality excellence and for Primary Care Physician’s financial and quality performance. The Medical Director, Population Health Services will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
The Tandigm Health Skilled Nursing Facility Physician (SNFist) is a licensed physician in the state of Pennsylvania who specializes in providing clinical care for inpatients in a skilled nursing facility. The SNFist will be responsible for managing the care of our Tandigm patients while in the nursing care facility.
Reporting to the Director, Practice Growth and Strategy, the Practice Growth Account Representative is responsible for building community partners for referrals to Tandigm Health's practices and assist in meeting the membership goals of the department.
Presently, we're looking for a Utilization Management (UM) Nurse - RN to assist us with assuring the receipt of high quality, cost-efficient medical outcomes for the Tandigm members identified as having a need for inpatient or outpatient certification, preauthorization and or concurrent review.
