Certified Professional Coders are responsible for serving as a key resource for medical coding matters. Performs reviews and audits and codes medical records to ensure the appropriate diagnostic codes and modifiers are used per Generally Accepted Medical Coding Guidelines, ICD-10 Guidelines and the CMS National Correct Coding Initiative. Participates in the implementation of the organization’s Coding Proficiency program. Interfaces and disseminates audit results to clinicians and management and provides guidance to practices on improving coding accuracy.

The Health Informatics Analysts work with stakeholders from across the company to help them answer critical business questions. The Health Informatics Analysts for Tandigm Health work on a variety of projects. They analyze medical claims data sets to discover patterns and uncover new opportunities. The Health Informatics Analysts design new reporting packages; create specification documents and help build and deploy them. They are responsible for insuring data quality and appropriate data use to comply with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations.
The SQL Developer will be responsible for ETL integration and application development in a Microsoft SQL Server platform. This will include reports, vendor exports, data warehousing tasks and other data related tasks. This position requires excellent communication, technical and project management skills.
