As Chief Performance Operations Officer, Pam is responsible for executive oversight and management of Tandigm’s network solutions and programs, accurate coding and education, quality, performance management, information management, and incentives. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she is an experienced leader specializing in the use of new models to support the advancement of population health.

Prior to her current position, Pam was an integral part of the strategy development team at Independence Blue Cross that created Tandigm. She spent more than 20 years at IBX, serving in roles that ranged from provider engagement to care management, to strategy and corporate planning. Before that, Pam practiced as a registered nurse at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA with a concentration in oncology care.

Pam graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bloomsburg University, and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.

Keith brings broad financial experience to his role of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Tandigm, having held increasingly senior positions in the US and Europe across the healthcare spectrum.

Prior to joining Tandigm, Keith was VP of Business Analytics at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). In this role, he created a novel global analytics center of excellence for GSK’s $8B Consumer division. He also served as VP & Controller, GSK Consumer, during which he played a key role in the division’s industry-leading growth.

Before relocating to the US in 2006, Keith initially led the financial support of GSK’s UK Sales and Marketing teams before becoming Financial Controller of GSK’s Europe region. Notable successes included the acquisition of Block Drug Inc., the launch of NiQuitin, Europe’s leading Smoking Cessation brand, and the development of a global ERP platform.

Keith commenced his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in London. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and has a first-class honors degree in Toxicology & Pharmacy from University College London.

As Chief Medical Officer, Kevin is responsible for providing senior clinical leadership to Tandigm’s network of over 1,300 primary care and specialty physicians — including oversight of the development and implementation of Tandigm’s innovative coordinated care model. Throughout his 20+ years of clinical and leadership experience, Kevin’s professional accomplishments have centered on provider engagement and improving quality and patient outcomes.

Kevin first joined Tandigm in 2020, serving as Vice President of Network Transformation. His strategic leadership helped establish the foundation of Tandigm’s primary care and specialty practice models. Between his time as VP and return as CMO, Kevin was VP of Clinical Network and Strategy at Thyme Care, an oncology value-based care management company. Additionally, he spent nearly a decade as CMO and Associate Executive Director of Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. Prior to that, Kevin worked in several clinical and administrative roles at Penn Medicine — including Program Director for the Primary Care Internal Medicine training program. His experience is further supplemented by his work within a community health system, Crozer-Keystone Health, as AVP of Quality and Patient Safety.

Kevin graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. He received his medical degree at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Kevin has nearly 25 years of clinical practice experience in primary care as a board-certified internist and contributes as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

As Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel William (Bill) provides legal, compliance, and privacy guidance to our team of executives, manages outside counsel, and focuses on legal and business-related issues that impact Tandigm’s subject matter experts including physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health professionals, pharmacists, nurses and staff. Having earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and practiced as an in-patient clinical pharmacist prior to earning his law degree, Bill brings a unique mix of legal and real-world healthcare knowledge to Tandigm.

Before joining Tandigm, he practiced as a healthcare attorney with Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 law firms. He has spoken and written for multiple national healthcare and legal organizations over the years and was a founding member of Bloomberg Law’s National Health Care Practice Innovation Board, a collaboration of leading healthcare industry professionals from top law firms and corporations across the country who provide consultation to, and inform the direction of, resources offered by Bloomberg Law. In private practice, Bill was selected by Chambers USA as a leading healthcare attorney and named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list.

Bill earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Wilkes University Nesbitt College of Pharmacy.

As Vice President of Talent Management, Judy plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources strategies. Overseeing all aspects of talent management, Judy drives business success by aligning human resources practices with Tandigm's long-term objectives. Her expertise extends across recruiting and staffing, performance management, benefits administration, organizational development, and occupational health, all while ensuring that the organization operates with respect and integrity. Prior to this role, Judy held several key leadership positions with Tandigm, including Senior Director and Director of Talent Management, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to support the organization’s mission of providing value-based care.

Before joining Tandigm, Judy served as Senior Director of Business Operations and Human Resources at Healthways/Ascentia HealthCare Solutions, LLC, where she managed a wide range of operations, including physician recruitment, facilities management, corporate insurance policies, and HR administration.

Judy graduated with her Master of Business Administration from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Strayer University.

Thomas (Tom) is responsible for leading Tandigm's Information Technology organization. Tom led the technology implementation of Arcadia, Tandigm's strategic Population Health analytics and management tool.

Before joining Tandigm, Tom spent over 15 years as an information technology executive at GlaxoSmithKline. Tom has a proven ability to align IT to business objectives, lead and manage global teams, define and implement global strategies and process improvements, architect and implement complex systems, and implement, optimize and operate infrastructure.

Prior to GlaxoSmithKline, Tom served as Chief Technology Officer for iGrandparents.com, co-founded Creative Mobile Technologies and acted as Principal and Director for SECA, Inc.

Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Engineering, Engineering Sciences from Pennsylvania State University.

As the Vice President of Business Transformation, Mike drives strategic initiatives from concept through implementation. Mike has been pivotal in shaping the Tandigm strategic vision since its founding including building Tandigm Clinical Model, Business Transformation, as well as driving growth for Tandigm through vendor and technology management.

Prior to Tandigm, Mike held roles in business operations at Unisys Corporation, Business Strategy at Deloitte Consulting, Accenture, and JP Morgan. His background includes roles in global strategic operations, financial strategies and operational efficiency.

Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.

Dr. Kate Behan is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in population health, value-based care, and clinical strategy. In her role as Vice President for Clinical Network Advancement at Tandigm Health, Dr. Behan drives network engagement and transformation, leveraging people, processes and data & analytics to support network activities and provider success in value-based care.

Prior to Tandigm, Kate served as Chief Medical Officer for Arcadia Solutions, providing clinical insights into technology and analytics development while advising healthcare organizations on transitioning to value-based care. She held key leadership roles in population health and clinical effectiveness at Jefferson Health, including Enterprise SVP, Chief Population Health Officer, and President of JeffCare CIN. In addition, Dr. Behan has over 15 years of clinical practice experience in primary care and as a hospitalist.

Kate received her medical degree at Medical College of Pennsylvania Hahnemann University and completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine.

As the Vice President of Strategic Network Solutions, Alisha leads efforts to strengthen our primary care practice partnerships and drive performance in value-based care. With a strategic focus on aligning clinical priorities with operational goals, Alisha oversees the design and execution of incentive models, practice engagement strategies, and innovative care delivery workflows.

In her 10 years with Tandigm, she has served in operational leadership roles including coding, medical cost management and network strategy, giving her the depth of institutional knowledge to create performance segmentation strategies and success plans tailored to each practice’s strengths and improvement opportunities.

Prior to Tandigm, Alisha worked in project management and process improvement roles for Comcast and Cintas.

Alisha holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BA in Business Management from Assumption University.

Kristen serves as Vice President of Strategy & Performance at Tandigm Health, shaping and executing the organization’s strategic vision in partnership with the executive team. She joined Tandigm in 2023 as Vice President of Information Technology, bringing over twenty years of experience in healthcare management consulting.

Kristen was a Senior Strategy Consultant to Tandigm during her eight years at Vynamic and held executive positions at both Vynamic and Deloitte Consulting, leading major initiatives for payor and provider clients.

She earned her MBA with a focus on Healthcare & Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor's of Science in Business from Rutgers University.

As Senior Director of Strategic Financial Planning, Maureen focuses on aligning the Tandigm financial strategy with its mission to improve value-based care. She leads the Company’s Capital Planning, annual operating planning and reforecasting efforts. Maureen joined Tandigm in 2021, bringing over 10 years of healthcare finance experience.

Prior to joining Tandigm, Maureen held a series of financial roles at Independence Blue Cross, including roles in corporate development, strategic investing, financial analysis, and accounting. She previously worked as an auditor with KPMG.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Accounting from Penn State University.
