In this role, you will play a crucial role in maximizing quality-of-care performance and collaboration among high-impact hospitals, SNFs, and home healthcare agencies that serve Tandigm patients. As a population health subject matter expert, you are responsible for ensuring performance outcomes, managing relationships, and guiding facility and agency leadership in their transition from fee-for-service to value-based care. You will ensure performance outcomes, manage relationships, and support organizations in the continuum of care. Your goal will be to foster the right care, at the right place, with optimal transitions for the Tandigm population.

Business Intelligence Developer

As a Business Intelligence Developer on our world class IT team, you will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company to craft dashboards and reports addressing key business inquiries. You will specialize in developing complex reporting solutions with an emphasis on promoting self-service reporting functionality. Your primary focus will be on translating business needs into accessible reporting solutions for utilization across Tandigm Health. You will also analyze medical claims data, craft new reporting packages, draft specification documents, and aid in deployment, ensuring data quality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Communications Manager

In this role you will play a critical role in developing and executing communications, marketing, and social media strategies. You will draw on 5+ years’ of healthcare communications and marketing experience to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will collaborate with multiple departments and translate complex clinical projects to clear and concise messaging targeting Tandigm practices, staff, media, and the public.
