Tandigm Health Adds to Leadership Team

West Conshohocken, PA (July 9, 2020) – Tandigm Health, a leading population health services organization, today announced several additions to its leadership team: Kevin M. Fosnocht, MD, FACP, Vice President of High Value Networks; Doron Schneider, MD, Vice President of Population Health Services; Kristin Cintron, Vice President of Sales & Account Management; and Dana Pedrick, RN, Senior Director of Complex Case Management. Founded in 2014, Tandigm Health has emerged as a regional leader in delivering value-based care and empowering physicians.

Kevin M. Fosnocht, MD, FACP, joins Tandigm as the new Vice President of High Value Networks. In this role, Kevin will provide clinical leadership to Tandigm’s Specialty Alliances and will support the High Value Networks Division. Dr. Fosnocht comes to Tandigm with deep experience in quality and patient safety, most recently as Chief Medical Officer and Associate Executive Director of Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he oversaw a broad portfolio that included bundled payment models and care transitions. Previously, Dr. Fosnocht served as Associate Vice President for Quality and Patient Safety at Crozer-Keystone Health System, where he led multiple projects to improve care delivery processes and outcomes across the system. A lifelong Pennsylvania resident, Dr. Fosnocht is uniquely positioned to improve outcomes and support clinicians at all levels during this transformative period in health care delivery.

Doron Schneider, MD, is Tandigm’s new Vice President of Population Health Services, where he will lead the Population Health Services Organization and work with Tandigm’s network of primary care practices to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care. Dr. Schneider joins the Tandigm team from Abington Hospital, where he most recently served as Chief of Patient Safety and Quality and led the facility to earn high-performance designations in multiple areas. With training in internal medicine, Dr. Schneider is highly accomplished in the field of quality and safety, with more than two dozen published articles. He has also continued to practice medicine as a primary care physician at BuxMont Medical Associates. Recognized as a top physician in Pennsylvania in 2018 and 2019, Dr. Schneider shares Tandigm’s commitment to programs that help deliver the right care at the right time in the right place for patients in need.

Kristin Cintron (formerly Lee), Vice President of Sales & Account Management, joins Tandigm from NantHealth, where she primarily focused on growing the Navinet business for the last 20 years by working closely with both payers and providers. She brings comprehensive experience in account management, sales and business development. An established leader and proven negotiator, Cintron is poised to grow Tandigm’s value-based patient population and refine its account management operations.

Dana Pedrick, RN, joins Tandigm as the Senior Director of Complex Care Management (CCM). As the senior leader for the CCM Program, Dana will be responsible for advancing the Program’s outcomes and expanding their population health impact. She comes to Tandigm from Quality Health Alliance, where she developed a primary care-based ambulatory care model focused on patient-centered care with a high-functioning and engaged clinical team. In her new role leading Tandigm’s Care Delivery team, including telephonic and field-based nursing, pharmacy, house calls and integrated health programs, Pedrick will apply her nursing background to focus on improving clinical and quality outcomes, as well as patient satisfaction and cost-savings.
