Tandigm Health, a leading population health services organization, along with a number of its network primary care practices, will be hosting a FREE Health Fair on September 17, 2022, at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia.
The Health Fair, which will be sponsored by Tandigm Health, Independence Blue Cross and Humana, will offer an interactive and fun day of health and wellness. Those attending can
- Participate in ZUMBA, Tai Chi, massages and raffles
- Receive vaccines for the flu, COVID-19 and shingles
- Learn more about Medicare, senior rights, nutrition and diabetes
- Partake in light fare and beverages
