Tandigm Health, a leading population health services organization, will be hosting a “Medication Management and Medicare Review” seminar as part of the YMCA Health & Wellness program.
Led by a pharmacist, the presentation will cover prescription and over-the-counter medication management, and medication safety. An independent insurance broker agent will also be available to answer questions and updates regarding Medicare.
